DESCRIPTION:El objetivo de este encuentro es informar sobre la iniciativa de presentar el “Marco de Competencias de la Enfermera Oncológica” que han elaborado a los organismos competentes y avanzar hacia el reconocimiento oficial de la enfermería oncológica como especialidad.Consideran fundamental sumar el apoyo de las sociedades científicas y profesionales\, cuya colaboración y experiencia son esenciales para reforzar la legitimidad y alcance de esta iniciativa. Comentan que la colaboración de las sociedades médicas especializadas es clave para dar mayor solidez y legitimidad a esta demanda. Creen que\, con una voz unida\, podrán trasladar a las autoridades sanitarias la importancia de dotar a nuestro sistema de una especialización enfermera acorde a las necesidades actuales y futuras de los pacientes. \nConsideran estratégica para el avance de la atención oncológica: la presentación del “Marco de Competencias de la Enfermera Oncológica”. Están convencidos de que la creación de esta especialidad contribuirá de manera significativa a mejorar la calidad y seguridad de la atención a las personas con cáncer\, favoreciendo un abordaje integral y coordinado entre todos los profesionales implicados en el proceso oncológico.
